Unoffical Biography:

The Disabled Adults Social Activities Foundation started out simply as a fall retreat.  Brad and Dave, two veteran volunteers of the local MDA camp, decided that there should be some kind of getaway for people after they graduated from MDA camp.  The first fall retreat happened in 2000 at camp Ocky in Medford, NJ.  The retreat went off without a hitch and was very successful.  Soon, planning was underway for a bigger retreat the next year.  This time, the retreat took place at The Variety Club campsite.  In the late spring of 2002, Brad and Dave decided to make the fall retreat into something more and the quest to start a non-profit organization began...

In short- The Disabled Adults Social Activities Foundation is a non-profit organization (we are now allowed to call it that, WOO-HOO!) helping people with various chronic disabilities get together and have a good time.
